Concentration camp in Auschwitz & Birkenau is sometimes called today the biggest cemetery of the world. Nearly 1.5 million people of different nationalities died here during World War 2. Camp is located in Poland, near town of Oswiecim but it was established by Germans in 1940. After the war, the camp was turned into museum displaying evidence of the genocide. So today you can see on your own eyes how the camps looked like and how were organized. Our guide will tell you all important information about the Death Block, gas chambers and Wall of Death. You will also see the Gate of Death through which all prisoners from all over the world entered the camp. Most of them (90%) were Jews, others were Poles, Gypsies, Russians and prisoners from 28 countries of Europe. In 1979, Auschwitz – Birkenau Concentration Camp was listed a UNESCO World Culture and National Heritage Site.We offer private tours to Auschwitz & Birkenau which include:
