Winter MTB & Running Trophy 2014
On 18 and 19 January, The Stupavsky MTB Winter Marathon will take place in the recreational zone in northern Bratislava, Železná studienka.
On 18 and 19 January, The Stupavsky MTB Winter Marathon will take place in the recreational zone in northern Bratislava, Železná studienka. The route is 29 kilometres long + 9,7 kilometres run.
The marathon starts at 11 am on Saturday. To enter the race, you need to register and pay the entrance fee. Every participant will get an energy sport bar and drinks, refreshment along the track, at the finish you can also have goulash, a 0.5 liter Gatoradeor a beer and DVD of the marathon. Each racer will be also photographed on the track.
Prizes are awarded to the first three racers in each category (there are three age categories for women and 5 for men). Forthe absolute winner in the Combination MTB + RUN the Mayor of Bratislava Milan Ftáčnik will award the Cup along with a weekend stay for two in Jasná.
Everyparticipant will be entitled to take part in the lottery, right after the race results assessment. The top prize is MARIN Nail Trail 29er mountain bike.
Thanks to Municipality of Bratislava, from the parking space will towards the meadow the sightseeing train Prešporáčik Oldtimer-XL will run at regular intervals.
